Simple Neck Stretching and Strengthening Exercises
Hey, this is Kate and I'm a Physiotherapist from Spine and Joint Taman Desa.
Today, I'm going to demonstrate three simple exercises that people can do while standing or sitting.
These exercises are designed to help reduce the strain on your neck especially when you are unconsciously leaning forward a lot if you spend a long time in front of the office desk daily at work or at home doing your chores.
Please refer to the video demonstration above for more information on the three steps mentioned.
Repeat each of the three exercises at least 10 times when you feel strained or a couple of times weekly.
You can do the exercises in the morning or at night at your convenience.
